Pedestrian route seen by passers-by, also by the handicapped

Abstract

A proper pedestrian route, designed in accordance with valid regulations, and a pedestrian route that people move in reality are described in the paper. Special attention is focused on abnormalities in order to wake awareness of their existence. In the paper problems related to cars parked on pedestrian routes, fencing, bike paths, stairs, ramps, obstacles, greenery, paints used on pedestrian routes and public transport stops are dealt with. The questions does the pedestrian route at least fulfill requirements of current regulations (to a large extent not taking into account the abilities and needs of the handicapped) is left for the consideration of readers.
