In the paper design concept of the cable - stayed bridge over Wislok River in Rzeszów is presented. The research covered various aspects of the bridge design: its aesthetics and architekture in the historical part of the town, structure and safety,technology of execution, overall cost, etc. A computer design system was based on local data and the final design was submitted to thr Urban Development Office.
